This year we had a great time catering for a wedding in South Dublin, The guests came in their droves to taste the food and Bartenders Signature Cocktails.
For the tastebuds canapes were served alongside a champagne reception and for the main Wedding Meal:
- Introduction – Chili & Basil Crab Cakes
- Main – Succulent Roast Beef with Grilled Tiger Prawns
- Finale – The Classic Wedding Cake
The night continued with dancing and the odd person taking over the stage to impersonate the entertainment.
While Bartenders had the drinks flowing, pulled pork baps were being distributed to the guests to keep everyone’s hunger at bay for what was a long night ahead.
